Our Planning Workshops have been developed as a result of years of experience of helping Clients in their planning. The Workshops are based around a standard process which, importantly, is tailored to each specific Client – reflecting their needs and the time available.
The Workshops are intensive and can run for 1, 2 or 3 days depending on what the Client wants to achieve and the complexity of their particular situation. Smaller companies sometimes elect for a series of 1 day or half day sessions spread over a number of months, often with enough benefits coming from each session to keep them busy for the time until the next planning session.
The Workshops are generally held off-site and involve the full Board and / or Senior Management team. We bring in subject experts from our team to meet the needs of the planning process as and when the requirement arises.
Planning is a process in which hierarchy has no place. We direct and facilitate the Workshops and this enables the Client's leader to set aside their day-to-day line role and play a full part in the strategic discussions and thinking.
